Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and selecting suitable talent and conduct interviews.
Provide employee training and development programs to enhance employees' professional skills. - Manage the performance review process to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Resolve conflicts and problems among employees and maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee and implement employee benefit programs, including compensation, benefits, and labor regulatory compliance.
- Assist company management with organizational change and restructuring.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 3 or more different functions, which recruitment, performance management and employee relations is a must. Learning & development, employer branding or L&D is a good plus.
- Experience in IT industry or start-up company hiring is nice to have.
- Fluent in English, especially listening, speaking, and writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Proactive and enthusiastic learner, Be optimistic and detail-oriented person.
- A problem solver, open-minded and excellent project management skills, multiple tasking and enjoy fast-paced and dynamic environment.
